The animation doesn't appear after I placed all the files in the appropriate folders. Is there a way to fix this?

Place the .efkefc file with the others.
And leave the folders as they are. In the product ZIP, you'll find the 'Texture' folder filled with a 'MGC_xxx' folder. Leave that like this.
In your project 'animations' folder, go in 'Texture' and put 'MGC_xxx' folder here. ( Don't take the textures from 'MGC_xxx' folder to put them in your 'Texture' folder, it won't work. Put the 'MGC_xxx' folder itself )

In your 'effects' folder put the efkefc files
In your 'effects/Texture' folder put the 'MGC_FireBurst' folder
